Steps for you to report missing documents, photos, and bookings

With the launch of our new platform, you might notice that in a view cases some data such as documents, photos, bookings, or details of individual campers in your profiles are missing. We are here to assist you in restoring this data quickly and easily.

How to Report Missing Data:

  1. Check Your Profile: Verify if all relevant data and information are present in your profile.

  2. Send an Email to PaulCamper: If data is missing, please send an email to info@paulcamper.de using the subject line "Missing Data, Camper Name".

  3. Provide Important Details: Your email should include certain details to facilitate the processing. Below is an email template you can use.

I have noticed that certain data are missing in my owner profile on the new platform. Here are the details:
