Why is my camper not showing up in the search?

Update your location

With the introduction of our new platform, we have noticed that some campers no longer appear in the search. This is due to the fact that some locations have not been transferred correctly. There is a quick and easy solution to this problem: simply update your location in your profile.

How to update my location?

1. Log in to your profile

2. Click on your profile

3. Add your full address

4. click on the "Aktualisieren" button to save your data

⚠️Important! Please check whether the system has assumed the correct location for a possible duplicate city name.
