What Does "bestätigt" now mean for your offer?
The "bestätigt" status on PaulCamper has a specific meaning. It indicates that you have confirmed the renters' inquiry and sent an offer. However, it does not mean that the booking has been finally confirmed and your offer accepted.
Possible Statuses After Offer Acceptance
Once your offer is accepted by the renters, the booking status can change. There are now three possible statuses:
- Anzahlung getätigt (deposit paid): This status is shown when a deposit has been made for the booking.
- Vollständig bezahlt (fully paid): This status appears when the full payment for the booking is completed.
- Abgelehnt (declined): If the offer is declined by the renters, this status will be displayed.
Important Notes on Status Changes
It's important to understand that the "bestätigt" status is only an intermediate step in the booking process. The booking is only considered finalized when the offer is accepted and the corresponding payment is made, or if the offer is declined.
